Wow, when life takes over, it really takes over. Moving, getting settled, and then getting sick.
Let's see, we have had several viruses, strep throat, and bronchitis.

I have been taking business classes. I completed the " Starting a Business from Scratch workshop from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Now I am taking the Business Planning 1. The Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center www.rencenter.org
This is an 8 week course, that is intensive, at the end of the course I should have a written business plan. I know that I want the business to be, and the other stuff, but I need to get it down on paper.

So far, I have not made any drastic changes to my business model.


So, where were we... Ah yes, the samples, from my German supplier.

I have got to take the time to taste the rest of them.
